Steve Voguit, History Professor
Historical Perspective
Steve Voguit is an instructor at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL, where he has been named faculty member of the year for three successive years. His area of concentration is 20th century American history. In the documentary Professor Voguit explains the history leading up to the Korean War and provides context for the stories of the veterans. He shares some of his own memories of growing up during the 1950’s when the Korean War was taking place.
Professor Voguit volunteers with Florida Veterans Programs and Projects in support of their objective to promote patriotism through education. He serves as the historian for this documentary.
